Nordic Digital Manager

As Nordic Digital Manager you are based in the Swedish Head-Office in Sollentuna in the Nordic Marketing Department reporting to the Nordic Marketing Director

You are responsible for driving the digital projects for the region, recommending digital strategies to develop our business, managing the day-to-day operations and representing the region with the central teams based in Paris.

Main responsibilities

  • Digital strategy; establishment of a digital strategy to serve mid-/long-term business targets in the Nordic region (new digital tools, e-commerce, phygital, targets, etc)
  • Content and platforms management
  • Local key user for PIM, DAM and CMS systems
  • Deployment, adaptation and management of new Tarkett website in Nordic region

 Campaign management

  • Management of SEA and SEO activities
  • Coordination of Social Media strategies and activation plans in the Nordic
  • Development of e-mailing, e-targeting and e-merchandising campaigns in the context of the marketing plan

 Reporting management

  • Analysis of the use of digital media and the performance of Tarkett tools
  • Clear communication, recommendations and implementation of corrective actions
  • Support to other Digital-related Nordic countries activities
  • Digital budget management
  • Thorough market and competition watch on digital actions
  • Act as project manager and / or participants in the Nordic projects as well as participate in other tasks in the department


  • 5-7 years of experience in a Digital Management role
  • University degree with specialization in communications, multimedia or equivalent qualification
  • Good computer skills and high level of technical understanding in the digital area
  • Marketing and communication focus and good understanding of the role and potential of digital media in the communications field
  • Good experience in project management and capability to drive development from idea to launch
  • Ambition and confidence in your capacity to deliver on high expectations
  • Well-developed social skills and the ability and interest to cooperate in matricial international teams
  • High degree of independence, personal drive and capability to take own initiative
  • Talented in balancing strategic and tactical considerations
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
