Sales Director – Corporate, Enterprise & Public

For the financial year 2017/2018 Dustin reported revenue of SEK 9.3 billion. Dustin was founded in 1984 and has its headquarters in Nacka, Sweden. Dustin has operations in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, and employs more than 1000 people.

We are looking for a strong and experienced leader for the role Sales Director – Corporate, Enterprise & Public. You will be in charge of the sales organisation consisting of Sales Managers, Team Managers and pre-sales resources. In total, you will lead around 40 persons, with 8-10 direct reports. You will have a P/L responsibility and the primary focus for the role will be revenue, gross profit and increasing share of wallet.

To be successful in the role you have the ability to motivate, encourage and coach others. You are a people person with the strength and determination to drive change, engage employees as well as creating processes and structures that stimulate a successful sales culture and high performance.


  • Strong ability to break down Dustin Groups strategic guidelines to actionable sales plans for each underlying segment
  • Excellent knowledge of sales and procurement processes in private and public sector
  • Capability to develop annual unit and sales plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • ”Global” forecasting and pipeline management (CRM) with high degree of predictability and accuracy


  • Experience from value driven and transactional B2B sales
  • Previous experience from leading others within sales, with proven good
  • results

  • Great social skills within a sales environment and understanding different
