UX Manager

Are you a passionate leader who loves to coach and see the other people grow? Do you know how to cater for great user experience? Then you could be our next Team Manager within the UX group. 

The role

We have an exciting mission. Digitalization and great customer experience are two of the banks focus areas moving forward. What we do today will affect the future customer experience of Swedbank’s almost 8 million customers in an industry that is under a fast transformation.

We are now recruiting a Team manager for our team of about 8 Concept designers. The UX group also includes teams of Service designers and Interaction designers. You will work closely with the other team managers and together cater for great user experience through out all digital services. You will report to the Head of UX & Service Design.

What you need to succeed

As a person you like to work in a fast paced organization where things can change rapidly. We also see that you are very driven and proactive as a person and have experience from leading teams and also drive change and improvements. We are looking for an individual who always thinks about the customer experience and sees this as their number one mission. We think that you are a confident leader who truly enjoys the role as a manager. As a person you are extrovert and have no problem communicating in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

  •       Personnel for around 8 Concept Designers seated in Sweden and Lithuania.

  •       Lead and coach the Concept Design team

  •       Recruitment
  •       Responsible for driving the development of working methods within the field and ensure that            the work is conducted in accordance with market standards

  •       Development and implementation of guidelines and principles
  •       Ensure delivery of best in class customer experience in the digital channels
  •       Ensure customer involvement

Qualifications

  •       Around 10 years of working within the UX area.  
  •       Team lead or Manager experience.
  •       Background within UX and Change Management.

  •       Knowledge within the UX field when it comes to methodologies and processes

  •       Experience from driving questions forward in an agile organization that constantly changes
