Product Owner Digital Services

We are now looking for a Product Owner Digital Services to ensure best-in-class and agile online services for sales and customer self-service within the Swedish retail business. The position is located in Hjorthagen in Stockholm and you will report to Head of Products & Processes Sweden.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for creating and managing one or several online services throughout the product life cycle, thereby maximizing the value of the service, for customers as well as for the business.
  • Managing requirements, defining and prioritizing the product backlog regarding the online services within area of responsibility.
  • Managing requirement analysis, including process and system analysis (flow charts, process mapping, data models etc), defining functional requirements and business rules, specifying epics and user stories.
  • In cooperation with local tech lead manage the release plan of the services within area of responsibility.
  • Actively support the global online services product owner in defining the Online services vision and global development roadmap, and manage the local development roadmap accordingly.
  • Define and secure follow-up KPIs and KEIs.
  • Independently manage, and actively participate in key business, product, service and process development projects and initiatives.
  • Actively apply, promote, provide expertise and support colleagues in an agile way of working in development projects and initiatives.

Competencies and experience required.

  • 3+ years’ experience with proven track record from managing and developing online services (web and mobile applications) for consumers or SME customers, preferably from industries with continuous customer relationships (subscription type of services), e.g. telecom, energy/utilities, bank & insurance / financial services or other relevant industries.
  • Relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) within Economics & business administration, Engineering, Computer science or other relevant field.
  • Project management experience – proven capability to orchestrate change projects with high impact.
  • Knowledge, experience from and highly motivated by working with agile methodology for service development and DevOps.
  • Good understanding of technical solutions and software development, fully comfortable in managing relationship with tech lead and technical DevOps team.
  • Experience from business analysis, data modelling and online analytics.
  • Knowledge and experience from systematically working to drive customer experience including defining and monitoring KEIs (Key Experience Indicators).
