Zmarta Group is growing and we need to strengthen our team with a CRO Manager who will take on an important role in the marketing organization. As CRO Manager you will be responsible for the CRO work within Zmarta Group, developing and implementing the strategy together with the marketing team and in close dialogue with the operations and IT departments.

Your focus will be to maximize the CRO, defined as the share of our visitors that become customers by accepting our T&C at one of our brands within Zmarta Group. Your role is a mix of hands on execution and strategic work and you need to be comfortable with both sides. Included in you task is to increase the understanding of CRO in the organisation, and your ability to work cross department is key.

The CRO Manager will report to the SEO Manager and work on group level.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyse our web traffic, landing pages and user behaviour on our websites from a CRO perspective to set the basis for improving the CRO KPI:s
  • Develop the CRO strategy for all webpages and markets within Zmarta Group
  • Implement the CRO strategy, including a coherent tracking methodology and clear KPI models for the group
  • Run A/B tests of different font end/first page options as basis for CRO optimization
  • Maximizing online conversion, users time spent on our webpages and help driving the cross product usage
  • Supporting the development the web pages, including how to display products, content and how to set the architecture in order to meet the CRO KPI:s.


  • Minimum 1 year experience of working within CRO across multiple markets in a competitive B2C business
  • Experience from E-commerce or a similar digital environment 
  • A “super user” in google analytics with great analytic skills, comfortable with all available tools and technology within CRO
  • A person who always deliver on time with great quality
  • Self-going, actionable and a great communicator in order to present your insights in a powerful way 
  • Proven track record from cross-department cooperation
  • Proactive and result oriented, always striving to improve the output of your work
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, other languages are a plus.
