Perrigo/ACO Hud Nordic is now looking for a Brand Manger to join the marketing team at the office in Stockholm. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing well-known brands and work closely with the products. Are you commercial, driven, have a strategic thinking together with experience of launching brands and products, then you are the one we are looking for.


  • Delivering the brand P&L down to marketing contribution and related profit targets and marketing budgeting
  • Commercial owner of the NPD/innovation plans within the Nordics
  • Working with the Commercial Strategy team  in order to develop the full go-to-market model
  • Develop and execute local consumer marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement communication strategy and media planning on the Nordic market with a digital focus
  • Drive local marketing activities with the cross-functional team, in order to reach set sales and marketing objectives, optimize investments to ensure ROI.
  • Regularly perform brand tracking and sell in & sell out follow-up and analysis
  • Identify need for local consumer insights and execute research together with agencies
  • Responsible for agency briefing and creative development (advertising agencies, PR agencies, media agency, digital agencies)

Personal profile:

  • Brand Manager Experience of 2 years or similar background, preferably within the FMCG or OTC/Pharma industry.
  • Relevant academic background
  • Commercial awareness and business understanding
  • Experience from digital marketing is a merit
  • Fluent in English, oral and written (English is the official corporate language)
  • Driven, creative and passionate with a commitment to develop and delivering results 
  • Good inter-personal skills – can navigate and build relationships internally within the organization as well as externally with agencies, suppliers etc
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and comfortable to deliver presentations with confidence
  • An analytical mindset and strong analytical skills
