Zmarta Group is growing and we need to strengthen our marketing team with a Online Acquisition Manager. As Online Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for all Zmarta Groups SEM, social media and display channels across the groups different markets, products and brands. You will develop, improve and optimize our existing business.  

Your main focus will be to ensure growth and profitable acquisition on a highly competitive market. Your role is strategic but includes a lot of hands on execution, driving primary the SEM marketing towards higher levels. You work in close cooperation with our suppliers and handle all technical and reporting topics in your field of work.

The Online Acquisition Manager will report to the CMO and is a part of the group marketing department.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise the SEM, social media and display strategy for the different brands, products and markets within Zmarta Group
  • Analyse SEM traffic and ROI KPI:s, building the basis for knowledge driven decision making based on profitability goals
  • Running different SEM-campaigns for products, brands and across markets
  • Run and optimise acquisition marketing in social media channels
  • Ensuring that compliance, rules and regulations are followed within your channels
  • Securing the company’s competitiveness within SEM, social media and display
  • Work together with external suppliers. 

Qualifications and personality:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working with Google Adwords cross multiple markets
  • Good knowledge about the Nordic SEM- and social media market
  • Experience from e-commerce or a similar digital competitive environment with heavy focus on performance marketing
  • A person who always deliver on time with great quality
  • Solid technical skills within the digital marketing field
  • Proactive and result oriented, always striving to improve the output of your work
  • Great analytic skills, comfortable with all available tools within digital marketing
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus.
