Driven Brand Manager with 100% end to end responsibility for all brand related activities in the Swedish market with objective to deliver agreed levels of sales, profit and market share for Extra, Hubba Bubba and Juicy Fruit. You will report directly to Marketing Director.

You will mainly…
• Develop and recommend annual marketing plans aligned to overall business objectives, and manage their implementation to deliver sales, profit and market share targets.
• Develop media plan together with local media agency according to strategic media guidelines and local business need
• Own Sweden portfolio and launch planning including analysis of in-market performance
• Proactively identify market opportunities, and qualify and develop new product introductions in co-operation with Supply Chain, Art & Design, and Central Marketing.
• Work cross functionally to deliver the needed activities and material for a successful in-market execution
• Lead initiative target setting and tracking for all launches
• Develop BTL material and adapt ATL material with local agency
• Management of Sweden marketing budget

• Ability to work on own initiative, set priorities and work well under pressure
• Experience in working closely with sales organization and understanding of Swedish retail environment
Required skills…
• Business degree (MBA or equivalent) with focus on Marketing, Business and Sales
• 3 years experience in similar role in FMCG working environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office; Excel & Power point etc.
