Verisure is a fast-paced and dynamic organization that stands in front of a major change and is now looking for a Sales Funnel Manager who will be responsible for Verisure’s sales funnel development & media optimization.

As a Sales Funnel Manager, you will join the online marketing department in the Nordic organization. You will report into the Head of Online with frequent interactions with the sales, marketing and business departments and agencies. You will focus on the Swedish market but also actively contribute and grow the rest of the Nordics, share best practices and find synergies on group level. In the role you will work across the whole sales funnel. You will be responsible for reporting and analysis of end to end user journey performance and optimization – from lead gen to sales including operations efficiency and applicable actions throughout

Key responsibilities.

  • Project, coordinate and prioritize activities to improve operations efficiency & conversion rate throughout
  • Measure and analyze lead time and its effect on conversion rate of sales funnel touch points
  • Run business improvement projects focusing on sales funnel
  • Coordinate best practice and learnings in Nordics and group
  • Contribute in the effort to challenge our media agency by asking the right questions and referring to the relevant metrics and optimization levers
  • Responsible for media-buying optimization including performance analysis & optimization end to end together with key stakeholders in the marketing acquisition team and alignment with sales organization
  • Structure and deploy plan for strategic testing to improve direct response via broad cast media 
  • Setup of scalable process and workflow to support franchise organization with local marketing capabilities
  • Scale Ecommerce as a strategic important part of the go to market model
  • Knowledge/analysis of media buying platforms


  • Academic degree
  • 4-6 years’ experience of online marketing/sales
  • Great experience from sales funnel optimization
  • Experience from transformational project lead and coordination
  • Experience from direct response and lead generation
  • Experience from broadcast media planning and buying (offline Radio and TV)
  • Hands on digital media buying experience from relevant bidding/buying platforms (Doubleklick, Facebook Exchange, Google adwords etc.)
