To further strengthen and develop our position as the biggest shopping center in the Nordics, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager for Mall of Scandinavia. The mall opened in November 2015 and quickly became a popular destination. Today Mall of Scandinavia hosts nearly 250 stores and restaurants.

The Marketing Manager is in charge of all marketing activities, from setting the annual marketing action plan to the daily deployment of the plan; promotion of the shopping center to boost footfall and sales, analysis of data and KPI:s, advertising, events, digital activities, CRM strategy and to implement corporate projects.

Key responsibilities. 

  • Define a differentiating marketing action plan; analyse the asset environment, catchment area and customer profile
  • Build and monitor the annual marketing budget
  • One direct report (an Analyst)
  • Digital: strategy, budget, performance, content, mobile, website and social networks updated daily
  • Participate marketing studies of the shopping center; quantitative and qualitative
  • Manage relationship with communication agencies
  • Build the annual media plan
  • Develop qualitative, visible and impacting communication campaigns

Experience. 

  • 1-3 years of experience within marketing
  • Academic degree in Business, preferably with specialization in marketing
  • Significant knowledge and interest in retail
  • Project management experience

Competences. 

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to deeply analyse marketing KPI:s, willingness and ability to synthesize analysis and facilitate decision making, ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data
  • Good knowledge of the media local market
  • Good digital knowledge; tools, performance, acquisition, engagement, community management and social media
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of English
