We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced conversion optimization manager to join our Digital Channels team, and implement and drive web and app optimization as a means to achieve both customer satisfaction and business impact. You will play an important role in our ambitious digitalization journey where our mission is to turn our digital channels into major sales, service and user engagement channels.
As Conversion Manager you will establish and drive our optimization processes, educate the team on current CRO methodologies, define testing and measurement requirements, prioritize development of features and content from an optimization perspective, launch optimization tests, and report on performance. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in analytics, UX, content, development, sales, service, marketing and SEO – all working on our common agenda to significantly increase our share of digital sales, service and user engagement.

Plan and execute testing and conversion optimization across multiple channels and customer segments
Collaborate with other digital stakeholders to continually evolve and enhance the digital customer experience (e.g. design, functionality, messaging, etc.) to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
Provide actionable reports, insights and recommendations to serve as key input for our content, development and testing backlog priorities
Be a key part in building up our conversion optimization processes, tools and competence. Ensure optimization processes are scalable, repeatable, effective and balance requirements for different stakeholders
Develop key performance metrics to quantify results of conversion optimization initiatives
Together with colleagues in UX, Analytics and Customer Insights act as internal customer ambassadors, share insights and learnings related to web psychology, user behaviors etc.
Provide expertise on CRO best practices, opportunities, and relevant innovation. Synthesize CRO trends and learnings to share across the organization
Help develop and maintain the CRO vision and strategy and promote CRO work as a key enabler for driving business performance
3-5+ years of extensive hands-on experience across multiple areas of web optimization; including web analytics, A/B testing, user testing, personalization etc.
Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Optimize, Adobe Target or similar analytics and testing tools required
Strong knowledge of CRO best practices
Proven ability to develop clear and concise CRO analysis and plans, and a track record of delivering concrete business impact
Data storyteller –experience building and sharing data insights, involving a combination of data, visuals, and narrative
Proven ability to operate effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Academic degree or equivalent
You have strong analytical skills, and love being able to extract meaning and insights from data
Strong interest in web psychology and user behaviors
You are driven by challenges and always aiming for improvement.
Ability to effectively communicate information about conversion optimization across the business
You are a team player with good social skills.
You are curious and keep up with the latest trends and insights in the CRO and digital area, seeking opportunities for improvement
You act on own initiatives, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
