E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager/Digital Key Account Manager to join our Digital Team in the Nordic organization. The role will be an instrumental part in step changing the work we are doing together with our customers in the fast growing space of e-commerce and digital collaboration. The Digital Team works across the Marketing and Sales organizations to drive synergies between them both in a digital landscape. The E-Commerce Manager will be placed at our Nordic head office in Kista and report to the Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.

Tasks

  • Drive Perrigo’s online sales growth together with key customers
  • Key Account Management tasks and full ownership of the online business development within major customers
  • Direct contact with e-commerce managers, or similar, at major customers
  • Design, plan and execute online activities with key customers in line with brand and customer plans 
  • Track and monitor KPI’s for Perrigo’s online business in the Nordics
  • Together with the digital team, lead the organization through digital transformation

Requirements

  • Top talent with University degree in Business or/and Engineering
  • Wants to learn sales, business leadership, negotiation skills and online key account management
  • Possible succeeding roles: Key Account Manager for major pharma retailer, Nordic Commercial Strategy Manager, Brand Manager
  • Strong sales and business capabilities
  • Excellent communications skills both internally and externally
  • 0-3 years practical experience from e-commerce and/or online marketing, preferably with a background from retail, pharmacy or agency
  • Digital savvy who likes to be hands-on
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data
  • High ambition and a ”can do” mentality with a great sense for details
  • Problem solving skills and a true team player
  • Experience in Google Analytics is a merit
  • Fluent in English
  • Some travels will be required
