The business area SME and Consumer (SMEC) are the second largest business area within the Asiakastieto Group. Asiakastieto merged with UC AB during the summer 2018. UC AB is the Swedish subsidiary. We are working with digital services for small and micro companies with easy-to-use applications and user interfaces for the evaluation of risks and sales potential, acquisition of other relevant information on customers and business partners and proof of own creditworthiness. Services for consumers help consumers to understand and better manage their finances, while simultaneously protecting them from identity theft and fraud.
We are now searching for an ambitious leader with significant drive to take on a key role in the SMEC organization with a responsibility of a growing team of today 10 people and an extensive budget of +20 mEUR. We are in an expansive phase where the goal is to become number one in the SME Market Nordic. To be able to do that we need to strengthen our product portfolio and continued to develop our products and services, to be sold through telesales and online. As part of this Business Area, we have three strong websites in AllaBolag.se, Asiakastieto/SME and UC.se as effective channels for sales and company information.
As Manager SME Business, you have overall responsibility for developing and implementing product areas’ strategies and objectives. You have results and budget responsibility but your most important task is to lead, coach and drive the team forward. You are responsible for further developing the product portfolio and prioritizing between initiatives and opportunities. You are confident at all levels within the organization and easy to bring your colleagues through open and clear communication. The role will report to Director Consumer and SME and be part of the SMEC management team.
We are looking for you with a academic degree who enjoy running and developing business. As a person, you are structured and skilled in prioritizing, possessing good leadership skills and enjoying a co-operative role in which you interact with individuals at all levels and create trust and dedication. To succeed in the role, it is essential that you have solid experience and knowledge of building and leading team, and that you probably have experience of business development, preferable working in the b2b market. That you are driven and entrepreneurial in your personality, and like to coach and support people. You are looking for both strategic challenges, but also working with operational issues. You are used to taking overall responsibility and are not afraid to make decisions and prioritize.
