Product Manager BI

Cint is looking for a BI Product Manager with a global remit to help the company enable this transformation. You will be part of the Product team and work closely with all departments in the company.

We are looking for a person that can

Product Prioritization

  • Understand client segments and develop product line to meet applicable segments needs
  • Develop, maintain and communicate short and long term priorities for product line
  • Own, manage, define and execute product road-map

Product development

  • Managing product development from initiation to successful launch
  • Leading development work and keeping the development on track in terms of schedule and budget
  • Evaluate product development releases on delivery, achieved goals and other product development metrics
  • Identifying, monitoring and responding to risks within the organization

Product management

  • As product expert educate sales, operations, finance and other internal departments of the product’s nuts and bolts
  • Support primarily internal and indirectly external users around product related questions
  • Communicate with the wider organization on product value propositions
  • Follow and improve internal processes
  • Establish key metrics for the business to help us make the right decisions


  • B.S. in computer science, business, marketing or a related field
  • Previous hands-on experience working with data-driven solutions required
  • Experience in a SaaS, PaaS or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to act as a business translator and understand each department’s data needs
  • Experience designing BI dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView or other relevant BI software
  • Requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant product management experience
  • Experience leading product development teams
  • Strong combination of analytical and communicative skills
  • Strong project management skills to achieve implementation schedules while working with internal groups
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills
