Key Account Manager

Semantix has recently set a new and ambitious strategy to become the leading language technology company for multilingual services. Semantix had in 2018 a total turnover of approximately 1 BSEK split over two main business areas – Interpreting and Translation. Business Area Translation has a turnover of approximately 500 MSEK with high growth ambitions. Semantix has identified the need for recruiting a KAM.

As a KAM at Semantix you will be responsible for managing a number of key accounts and maintaining a long-term relationship with account and maximizing sales opportunities with them. You will need to acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. In this recruitment we are looking for someone who is proactive, problem-solving with a negotiation attitude who enjoys networking and building relationships with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
