We are looking for a sales-driven and business-savvy Country Manager to join Nabobil and lead their expansion in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and operations within Stockholm and surrounding areas. You will own the market with a primary focus on scalable operations, local marketing growth, sales growth on the supply side and community building. This role reports directly to the CEO of Nabobil.
You must also be entrepreneurial, meaning someone who gets things done, who sets ambitious goals for him/herself and goes that extra mile to achieve them. As the first employee of Nabobil in Sweden the initial focus will be signing partners and dealing with ad-hoc practicalities. In the long term you will build a supply and an operation that will increase the use of Nabobil in Sweden.
As a person we want you to be a doer, entrepreneurial and someone who wants to participate in a journey. You have to be enthusiastic and compassionate. A certain amount of flexibility is important but the most important thing is that you are business minded and commercially skilled.
