Dplay, which is part of Discovery Network, is evolving fast and we are now looking for an experienced MA-specialist that will help us create value to our customers and join us on our exciting journey. The role is located in Stockholm and you will report to CRM Manager. As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you will work hands on in our CRM/MA tool creating best practice customer journeys. You will work closely with our local marketing teams to create best practice workflows improving Customer Experience, i.e. retention and winback flows. Follow-up on all our CRM interactions to identify improvements and create the best customer journey possible with help from AI.
