Marketing Activation Manager – Foodservice

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Marketing Activation Manager for Paulig OOH. You will own the Swedish Activation plan and execution for all the brands in the portfolio in the Out of Home channels, from convenience sector to public sector as well as new business opportunities in blending between OOH and retail. You will develop the yearly activation plan based on our overall strategy and central guidelines. You will be part of a cross-functional team, where an interaction with KAM, field sales, supply chain and central marketing is a prerequisite. An important part in this role is a close cooperation with the Retail Marketing Activation Managers to identify and leverage synergies for our initiatives.

The position is located at Paulig Swedish office in Solna, Stockholm and you report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager Sweden.

 Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the local Marketing Activation Plan
  • Set clear demands and expectations internally and against agencies and ensure best execution of the Marketing Activation Plan
  • Ensuring that marketing initiatives drive profitable growth for Paulig and our customers
  • Secure excellent implementation of centrally developed concepts and launches
  • Sharing and coordinating “Best Practices” between the markets for mutual success
  • Creating structure and follow-up including budget, and other KPI’s

Previous experience and competences

  • University degree in marketing
  • Great commercial understanding, with experience from both sales and marketing roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Food Service/HoReCa or FMCG, of which about 3 years in Brand Management / Activation
  • Experience of working in different analysis and business systems
  • Speaks and writes fluently in English and Swedish
