Communications Manager

Abilia is looking for a driven and passionate Communications Manager to join their Business Development and Marketing Department. Do you like to write, create engaging content and communication? Do you also see it as an exciting challenge to be a key person in the future of Abilia through marketing and public relations? Your focus will be to increase Abilias brand awareness through effective and creative communication. You will have both strategic and operational responsibility for the marketing and communication plan. You will report to Head of Business Development & Marketing and are located at Abilias headquarter in Solna.

Key areas of responsibilities

Marketing

  • Together with Head of Business Development & Marketing plan and execute the marketing communication strategy
  • Secure and evolve the Abilia brand
  • Create consistency in market messaging

Awareness & Content

  • Plan and create the content plan
  • Content gathering with the team and organization
  • Content creation and execution
  • Developing user cases

External communication

  • Setting up PR platform
  • Identify spokespeople and key media stakeholders
  • Responsible for Almedalen/Arendalsuke

Internal communications

  • Internal communication in close collaboration with CEO and Head of HR
  • Support Employee Meetings
  • Responsible for the Intranet

Experience and requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of communication
  • Excellent communication and writing/copy skills
  • Great experience of marketing, brand building and PR
  • Collaboration will be key in this role, a networker great at driving complex initiatives
  • Fluent English and Swedish
  • Interest and passion to work with something that makes a difference
