HRBP – Incredible Group Organizational Developer with a twist

Our organization is going through a transformation, and we are looking for an incredible Group Organizational Developer to be an active part in this journey. The Group HR core team consists of a handful of people and is located in our headquarters in Sickla, Stockholm. The team has an important role in supporting the General Management Team’s decision making and to drive the HR agenda across the Group.

This is the job.

You will have a central role in leading the organizational development in our transformation, where you will:

  • Act as a sparring partner towards senior management
  • Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate
  • Leadership assessment
  • To different extent be involved in reorganization/restructuring/change specific projects and ensure that Workday is updated accordingly

But this role also contains a share of HR Business Partner responsibilities for the Group functions (approx. 150 employees and 30 managers), including:

  • Manage and implement the human resource processes according to Group HR policies and strategies
  • Train and guide managers and employees in the people processes such as: salary revision, performance development, talent & succession planning and bonus, which are carried out in our people tool Workday
  • Responsible for the recruitment process
  • Managing Union relations
  • Support managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation

You will participate in Group HR Projects and actively contribute to the Intrum culture, leadership development and sustainability goals. In this role, you will work closely with Group senior executives, managers and employees and you will also collaborate with HR in our countries.

Your experience and background probably look something like this:

  • University degree within HR management or an equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within HR
  • Experienced in Organizational Development
  • Proven track record of Change Management
  • High proficiency in English and Swedish in speaking and writing
  • Experience from Workday is a plus 
  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian or Greek is a plus
