Allergan Aesthetics provides products to a huge variety of customers who are not seen by Allergan representatives. As part of our customer centric vision, we would like to create several solutions to better meet customer needs through new and innovative solutions. Allergan are therefore now looking for a profile with solid Digital Acquisition Management, Performance Marketing and/or CRM experience for the position Digital Sales and CRM lead Nordics. The purpose of the role is to make Allergan present and strengthen our position and support in todays’ SME customer segments. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. The role is reporting to General Manager Nordics and the position is located in Stockholm.

Project Spark will create new and innovative digital solutions to expand Allergan’s business in the SME customer segments by;

  • The Allergan Medical Institute Digital Portal is being launched which will provide all customers a digital way of learning
  • Providing Health Care Professionals in the aesthetics industry with relevant advice, information and knowledge
  • Providing Health Care Professionals with appropriate training on Allergan products, relevant to their level of expertise and need.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project planning and managing all key activities to deliver the project on time in conjunction with innovation agency and rest of the team
  • Gathering input/feedback from market insights and customers directly to ensure we stay close to their realities/needs
  • Developing agendas for, organizing and running project team meetings/workshops involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing, running and participating in experiments to test all elements of the initiatives and shape the final output accordingly
  • Recruiting, briefing, collaborating with and managing third party partners (e.g. KOLs, training providers, target customers, marketing and other specialist agencies).
  • Ensuring all elements of the project (processes/materials/meetings etc) are approved by relevant legal, compliance and med affairs as appropriate
  • Developing forecast models to assess/ demonstrate commercial impact of the innovation initiatives and establishing relevant KPIs.

Previous Experience

  • University Degree in Business Administration or engineering
  • Solid Digital Acquisition Management, Performance Marketing and/or CRM experience, preferable B2B
  • Ability to deeply understand the customer journey to identify pain points and needs
  • Digital experience ideally working with CMS websites
  • Project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver on time
  • Experience of hiring and managing external agencies
  • Making recommendations for innovative business solutions and ideally being part of bringing them to life
  • Analytical skills – forecasting/budgeting/market research.
