Global E-Commerce Acquisition Specialist

We are now looking for a Global E-commerce Acquisition Specialist to the E-commerce global team. E-commerce plays a crucial role for the overall strategy execution and covers the strategic priorities and is a highly prioritized area within Dometic. Therefore, we are now building a strong global team of specialists with previous experience of building successful E-commerce companies who wants to be a part of this exciting journey. The team is working cross functional within the organization and will act as a Center of Excellence for E-commerce. You will be reporting to Global Head of E-commerce, Pernilla Barkman and work in close cooperation with our Regional E-commerce Managers, Marketing department, IT department and Product Department.

You are globally responsible for the digital acquisition ecosystem of our traffic channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate). In collaboration with the regional E-Commerce Managers you will plan, execute, manage, analyze and optimize digital acquisition campaigns focusing on new customer growth, achieving traffic goals, increasing engagement and pushing conversion limits to their maximum potential. As a requester you work close with our SEM and SEO agencies making sure to execute on the overall customer acquisition strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Globally responsible for the E-commerce customer acquisition.
  • Set traffic channel strategy and execution (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate).
  • Plan, execute, manage, analyze and optimize digital acquisition campaigns to support profitable sales growth.
  • Develop reports that identify actionable insights based on performance relative to channel specific goals.
  • Working closely with our SEM agency to improve performance on all global campaigns.
  • Working closely with our SEO agency, utilizing optimization techniques to improve site structure, page construction, content and SEO copywriting.
  • Keyword research and optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:

  • BSc degree in Business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in analytical roles, working with business, marketing, and revenue management analytics (E-commerce, Agency, Retail, Management Consulting or other industry working with consumer goods).
  • Strong knowledge of digital customer acquisition, conversion management, channel management optimization and traffic analysis.
  • Advanced understanding and use of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize. Must possess the ability to extract useful insights that impact the business.
  • Experience working with Episerver, InRiver and D365 is a plus.
