Customer Concept & Offering Manager

Within Fortum Consumer Solutions Division we are now looking for a Customer Concept & Offering Manager for the electricity retail business Göta Energi. A Customer Concept & Offering Manager that will take the responsibility for the portfolio of products and services for Göta Energi.

In the role as Customer Concept and Offering Manager you are responsible for the product and service portfolio. You will have a central position in a network organization and we believe that you have a drive for change and want to work cross-functionally within all parts of the organization. You are used to working at a high pace, are analytical and have a strong delivery track record.

To become successful in this position you need to be confident in analyzing data and take decision. You have a great curiosity for how the consumers live and act in our digital world and you are willing to recognize the customers challenges to find good solutions. You have profound experience from project management as well as a strong commercial mindset.

The role will be part of the business unit team and reports to Head of Business Unit, Fredrik Landahl. The position is located in the central part of Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for the product and service portfolio including its profitability and play a key role in securing competitive offerings for the customer
  • Work to ensure that the portfolio is guided towards the strategic goals
  • Work to ensure continous improvement of the operational and financial performance by increasing customer centricity and operational excellence
  • Responsible to manage the regulatory compliance covering the different aspects of the product portfolio
  • Implementing digital product, sales & marketing strategies, contributing in building our digital competence

 Experience.

  • Several years of experience from successful and committed business, customer or product management role within consumer markets
  • Experience of agile working methods
  • Relevant academic education, from e.g. Economics & Business Administration or Industrial engineering and management
  • Great communication skills, orally and in writing Swedish and English
  • Experience from working with subscription based consumer products is highly merited, alternatively some years in management consulting
  • Experience from driving digital transformation

  • Strong commercial mind set and business acumen, with strong drive and target orientation
  • Analytical skills, structured way of working by taking a data driven approach in decision making
  • True team player with proven track record from developing and managing relationships and networks in large organizations
