Customer Concept & Offering Manager

In Consumer Solutions within the Business Unit Living & Mobility we are currently looking for a Customer Concept and Offering Manager with location Stockholm, reporting to the Head of Business Unit Fortum Sweden.

In the role as Customer Concept and Offering Manager you are responsible for the product and service portfolio including its profitability. With a solid combination of analytical ability and communication skills you will play a key role in securing competitive offerings, always putting the customer first.

In this position, you will work to ensure that the portfolio is guided towards the strategic goals and safeguard continuous improvement of the operational and financial performance by increasing customer centricity and operational excellence. You will also be responsible to manage the regulatory compliance covering the different aspects of the product portfolio.

Your qualifications.

To be the candidate of choice we would like to see that you have an excellent track record from leading consumer services business. Preferably experience from the electricity retail sector or similar industries (e.g. insurance, media, telco, finance), alternatively some years in management consulting. You have a strong commercial mindset and business acumen in combination with drive, persistence and target orientation. You should preferably have a Master degree in business, industrial engineering or other corresponding relevant degree. Further, you have great interpersonal and communication skills, including speaking and writing fluently in Swedish and English.

To become successful in this position you need to be confident in analyzing data and take decision. You have a great curiosity for how the consumers live and act in our digital world and you are willing to recognize the customers´ challenges to find good solutions. You have profound experience from project management as well as a strong commercial mindset.
