Orkla Care Sweden is now looking for an experienced Sales Director to head the sales across channels in Sweden. You will be responsible for developing a robust strategic sales organization with strong steering and optimal resource allocation. With a coaching leadership style, you will manage, recruit, train and develop the sales department. Together with the Management team you will set the local strategic plan aligned with the overall company goals, corporate strategies and action plans. You have previous experience from a leading commercial position within FMCG with a strong track record in coaching leaders and to build a value driven culture with a cross functional collaboration in mind. The position is located at the Swedish office in Solna Business Park and is reporting to the CEO of Orkla Care Sweden.
