The role.

The CEO’s mission is to build the next generation agency that will set a new industry standard for how high-concept, integrated digital marketing and activation is done. The new company is up and running in an early stage but already now experiencing a steep growth trajectory. The new company is part of Seventy Group and will work closely with Seventy Agency but at the same time work and act as a separate company and brand.

As the new CEO coming in at this early stage, your mission will be to further define this company together with our diverse team of creatives, designers, digital strategists, channel and platform specialists. You are also responsible for ensuring that Pointseven reaches its growth and profitability targets by shaping the offering, managing sales and demand creation and building and developing the team.

Responsibilities and tasks.

  • Further build the organization – set the organization structure, work processes, recruitment and build the culture
  • Commercialize the offering and ensure that it is constantly relevant to customer’s current and emerging needs
  • Deliver in client projects and oversee the quality of the work from the team and build the best customer teams on the market
  • Identify cross-sales leads in on-going projects, both within Pointseven and in-between Seventy Agency
  • Ensure effective project delivery both from project profitability and quality point of view
  • Coach and support team members in channel development, sales, deliveries, client management and in personal growth

Previous experience and capabilities.

  • Academic background preferable within Business Economics or equivalent
  • 7+ years’ experience from a leading role at a digital agency within performance marketing, such as market growth, lead generation (SEO/SEM), e-commerce etc.
  • Identifies commercial opportunities and has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability
  • Systematic leader that provides the team with a clear sense of direction, inspires and co-ordinates others and keeps them focused on the objectives.
  • Ensure competitive offering through understanding industry and customer needs
  • Have a clear view of how the next generation of digital marketing agency will look like and a willingness to create something new
  • Result oriented with the ability to drive growth with a healthy profitability
