To continue our success story we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chief Revenue Officer to be a part of our rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering the annual revenue target for the global business operations
  • Drive scale, and profitability, by appropriately professionalizing the Company’s go-to-market strategy, sales function, and account management
  • Leading business development and sales investments to increase our market visibility and generate a robust sales pipeline
  • Propel sales leadership to develop and implement revenue-driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value
  • Build and empower a winning sales team and organization through inspiring team members

Required skills/Experience

You will have a proven track record of sales growth and success – your numbers will speak for themselves, in a similar capacity elsewhere – ideally within SaaS – as a VP Commercial, Sales, or Chief Revenue Officer. Preferably, you will also come with:

  • Grown or built sales teams and businesses of 10 + years
  • Proven results within as a Chief Revenue Officer or a similarly relevant role
  • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within the company
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Ability to inspire business development and customer success personnel in a positive manner, create a strong working relationship with key client personnel, provide clear, concise communication around current revenue operation and future growth strategies
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree, MBA or similar, preferred
