About the position

We are looking to find an HR Manager who wants to be part of our growth journey. This is a temporary employment due to a parental leave of approximately 1,5 years. The HR Manager is part of the Corporate HR, Communication, Sustainability & Quality team and is responsible for the implementation of our strategic agenda as well as operational HR work in a business-oriented and professional way. You will be part of the Business Unit Workwear Management Team. In addition to this, you will also be the HR Manager for our Corporate functions and support our Swedish Sales organisation in HR related matters. This means you will support managers mainly in Gothenburg, Hultafors, Stockholm as well as in Latvia, where the production unit for Snickers Workwear is located.

This position will be located in Stockholm (Danderyd) and report to the Hultafors Group CHRO (in Gothenburg).

You will focus on:

  • Implementing the Talent Management process through coaching managers.
  • Supporting leaders in change management, facilitating team development.
  • Implementing our new HR system and tools in your parts of the organisation.
  • Together with the other HR colleagues, coordinate HR related activities in Sweden, such as salary review, negotiations etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • The following list describes competence and experience that is relevant and necessary to succeed in the role.
  • Academic degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in the HR field in order to handle all relevant topics related to organisation, negotiations, recruitment, salary setting according to guiding principles etc.
  • Confidence in offering reflection/advice to help the organisation achieve the desired goals.
  • Experience in working with HR software.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
