About the position

We are strengthening our analysis team of Fortum Consumer Solutions with a Business Analyst, with the responsibility of commercial analysis and data driven business development. As Business Analyst you will secure a data driven and customer centric way of working in the Swedish B2B business in Fortum.

You will support the Swedish Enterprise Management Team and the business unit to make informed, data driven decisions, helping the business area attract and serve our B2B customers in a better and smarter way. You will be responsible for creating insights and business value from data through close collaboration with other business areas in Fortum, as well as working closely together with the data management team to ensure data quality and availability. You will build insight on the customer base to identify and propose the next best action and continuously improve operation and processes by following up findings and explore data.

We work in cross functional teams to develop our services through Lean Startup methodology. In these teams you will have an active role which also includes communication of analysis results and findings for decision making in a precise and easy-to-understand manner for management and for other relevant decision makers. In addition, you participate and lead other relevant strategic and operational projects and tasks within the Enterprise business area.

The role will be a part of a global team of four people and report to Customer Centricity and Analysis Manager Enterprise. The position is based in Stockholm, but expect to travel and cooperate with stakeholders in our other business units in the Nordics and Poland.

Experience

  • Higher relevant education, preferably in technology or economics, with emphasis on quantitative subjects.
  • 2-5 years of experience from the consulting industry or similar roles, with commercial analysis, segmentation and / or modeling.
  • Experience with innovation and business development with the use of the Lean Startup methodology.
  • Good written and verbal ability in English and Swedish.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Power BI and programming languages ​​R, Python or SQL is an advantage, but not a requirement.
