Vi har i dagsläget kontor i Stockholm och New York samt en egen fabrik i Helsingborg där vi utvecklar, producerar, lagerhåller och distribuerar alla våra produkter.

The position

We are now looking for a highly resourceful and engaged Digital Key Account Manager that will take on the roll to strategically develop operationally manage Amazon Marketplace – a responsibility from A-Z. This is a crucial role within Maria Nilas commercial team that will have the opportunity to influence and make a big difference and major results. You will have full strategical and operational ownership for our brand presence, development and performance on Amazon Marketplace. You will have full account management responsibility from go-to-market strategy, campaign planning, potential contract negotiation and new launches to sales monitoring, analysis and reporting. Your work is an important stone in the global brand presence and you work everyday, not only for good results, but also, brand protection taking into consideration the premium and professional nature of the brand. The first and biggest priority is Amazon but the role can with time develop to much more. 

The role is in the center of our commercial organization and you’ll have many internal and external stakeholders to work with. Therefore you need to feel confident with internal and external meetings where you represent your function and are structured and efficient in finding ways forward. At the same time you identify new opportunities, and continuously strive to optimize the long-term performance of the portfolio on Amazon – which of course includes being on top of the development of the e-commerce landscape in general. 


  • Together with management define, manage and implement Maria Nila’s Amazon Marketplace strategy globally with focus on core markets. 
  • Full ownership of account management and relationship with account counterparts as well as internal and external commercial stakeholders. 
  • Lead and negotiate agreements 
  • Monitor Amazon and general E-commerce presence and support commercial organization to optimize the overall business and professional strategy. 
  • Define, plan and implement go-to-market strategy, per market, in alignment with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain). 
  • Set yearly KPIs and follow-up for accounts of responsibility aligned with strategy and plan 
  • Analyze development for online presence in each market. Continuously follow up, report, share and improve performance and initiatives. 
  • Identify new e-commerce trends, platform developments and business opportunities for growth and use information to implement action plans. 
  • Development of full covering communication/content plan together with the marketing team. Plans to be built on yearly basis and reviewed every quarter with main focus on upcoming 3 months. 

Previous experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in account management of digital accounts 
  • Solid hands-on operational experience working with Amazon Marketplace understanding the mechanics and how to navigate in the systems as well with the account management. 
  • Result oriented and structured 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Analytical skills and logical thinking 
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral
