Leading position available for an adept professional to join a newly formed international group with global ambitions to shape the future of property management and residential services. Earlier this year the leading residential property management company in UK, Rendall & Rittner, joined forces with Swedish residential property management companies Nabo and SBC to create one of the largest and fastest growing players in Europe. The group will continue its international expansion agenda, leveraging its proprietary tech platform to drive best practice and digitalization across markets. We are now looking for a talented individual to take a leading role in the Group finance team who will also work closely with local finance teams within the group as well as stakeholders across management teams. 

Job description

  • Driving Group consolidation process including budgeting, monthly management reporting and quarterly bank/covenant reporting and owning and continuously improve current financial models
  • Developing and owning models for business control, e.g. Sales, revenues drill-downs, FTE planning etc.
  • Preparing presenting business review material for Management team and preparing sections of board materials
  • Supporting M&A projects with financial modeling
  • Integrating acquired companies in Group reporting structure and supporting other post-acquisition integration activities within Finance scope
  • Driving ad-hoc finance projects, e.g. related to new legislations, working closely with advisor teams when relevant
  • Working closely with Group CFO and CEO and local CFOs/Finance teams  
  • Having a central role in forming and building Group finance capabilities

Qualifications

  • Has the ability to build strong relationships with Group Finance teams, Business areas and financial advisors
  • Enjoys learning about different markets and companies and has the ability to use that knowledge to identify what performance metrics to measure, how to measure them and support effective implementation of these in the business
  • Excellent financial analysis skills
  • Excellent Excel modeling, PowerPoint and presentation (written and verbally) skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Financial advisory experience within M&A or Business/Financial control experience within corporate environment or equivalent experience
  • Has the ability to independently, with limited guidance, drive own projects and set ambitious goals
  • Working as part of a highly committed team, in a fast paced and demanding environment
