We are looking for a Head of Key Account Management Sweden to our Nordic Head Office in Stockholm. The position plays an instrumental part in accelerating sales growth and profitability for Perrigo’s largest retailer cluster in the Nordics. The Head of KAM will be ultimately responsible for sales and business development for all Swedish pharmacy bricks & clicks (instore and online sales), including operational commercial responsibility and people management responsibility for 4 direct reports.

The Head of KAM will report directly to Director Sweden Sales & Nordic E-Commerce.

Key accountabilities.

  • Lead the omni channel KAM team to deliver on Perrigo’s sales & profitability targets together with key retailers – operationally and strategically
  • Leadership responsibility for three Key Account Managers and one Business Support
  • Build outstanding relationships with key customer counterparts
  • Full KAM responsibility for one of Perrigo’s largest retailers
  • Plan and lead the team through customer negotiations and Joint Business Plans
  • Continuously analyze and identify opportunities – in customer and in market – and drive this agenda internally and externally from idea to implementation
  • Daily coaching of Key Account Managers to maximize sales and customer relationships
  • Ensure seamless sync between the KAM team and all other functions within the organization

Job qualifications.

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years working experience within retail, preferably FMCG
  • Experience from key account management or brand management required
  • Proven track record of business leadership and project management skills
  • Proven track record of financial- and in market performance
  • Proven track record of successful people management
  • Excellent communications skills both internally and externally
  • Doer mentality with a sense for details
  • Problem solving skills and a team player
  • Fluent in English
