Product Owner Digital Sales, GlobalConnect

As Product Owner Digital Sales, you get an important role in the digital development within GlobalConnect. The role works towards the overall goals that aim to improve the customer experience in GlobalConnect’s customer portals and to facilitate and develop the company’s services online. You will have a clear overall responsibility for both customer portals, CRM system and keep together development and improvements of the company’s internal digital sales and delivery flow. You work actively for a better customer experience and increased efficiency by increasing customers’ use of the customer portals.

Main areas of responsibility.

  • Collect, coordinate and prioritize the requirements from customers and from our own sales operations on our CRM-system, our portals and our digital sales tools.
  • Be the link between business, operations and development teams.
  • Management and prioritization of the work of the development team.
  • Plan and carry out training and presentations.
  • Business project leadership to bring new functions and working methods into the organization, as well as evaluate its effectiveness.

Experience and competencies.

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Academic education
  • Experience as a project owner or product manager
  • Experience in IT requirements and the sales / order / delivery process in a service company
  • Experience of process design in B2B sales
  • Good knowledge of speech and writing in both Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge of Office programs, especially Power Point.
