Business Developer – New services

Within Consumer Solutions, the Business area Insuring & Securing is responsible for value adding services. Our purpose is to broaden and strengthen the customer relationships via attractive offerings such as insurance solutions, sustainability products and digital safety solutions. We strive to make our customers’ increasingly digital lives easier through strong cross-functional collaboration and agile and lean working methods.

The main objective in this role is to explore business opportunities and develop new digital service offerings, helping us further expand our offering to consumers and business customers

You will drive ideation work, concept development, piloting projects, implementation and launches of new customer needs driven services aimed at increasing our attractiveness among existing and new customers.

In your project work, you will collaborate and interact with global cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, business development, and not least your colleagues within the Insuring and Securing Business Area. You will also partner up with external vendors and partners.


  • Academic degree in Business, Industrial Economy, Marketing & Sales, Innovation & Entrepreneurship or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, e.g. innovation, new service development, business development, project management, management consulting, business/product management, business analytics. Preferably from industries with subscription type of customer relations (experience from the energy industry is not required, but seen as an advantage).
  • Experience from working with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Track record from developing and managing relationships and networks in large complex organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Swedish/Norwegian is a must.
