We are looking for an accomplished and successful OMNI Key Account Manager to join the KAM team at Perrigo’s Nordic Head Office in Stockholm. The position will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for Perrigo’s largest retailer cluster in the Nordics. You will be responsible for establishing and nurture key relationships with Swedish pharmacy bricks & clicks. You will identify and develop opportunities within the accounts and in cooperation with retailers execute commercial initiatives to achieve profitability targets. You will grow online sales through utilizing and enhancing online sales channels as well as maximizing offline sales activities.

The position will report to the Head of Key Account Management.

Key accountabilities

  • Build and secure best in class online and offline partnerships with customers through data-driven ways of working.
  • Drive Perrigo’s online and offline sales growth together with key customers.
  • Customer P&L ownership and accountability. Deliver on sales and profitability targets.
  • Measure, track and analyze key metrics to constantly identify, plan and execute commercial opportunities together with the retailer.
  • Plan, sell and execute commercial initiatives, e.g., sales activities, new product launches and promotions.
  • Lead customer negotiations to secure win-win agreements and Joint Business Plans.

Previous Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or similar relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in KAM, sales och category within retail – FMCG and/or Pharma is a merit.
