We are looking for a Group Business Controller that wants to be part of a dynamic and energetic team to shape the future of veterinary care together and contribute to a higher life quality for pets and their owners. The position

AniCura is growing rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions across Europe. The Group Business Control team is one of the central finance functions and serves as a co-pilot to the CFO to support management with analyses and follow-up of the Group’s business and financial performance. As Group Business Controller you will have the opportunity to influence and develop our ways of working in the areas of management reporting, financial analyses, annual planning and forecasting, clinic financial integration as well as valuations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance and financial results of the markets and headquarters and drive development projects within management reporting and BI tools
  • Managing the forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform ad-hoc business analyses related to acquisitions and growth
  • Participate in defining standards for management reporting and continuously develop and secure the efficiency and data accuracy in the management report
  • Be an active support to the CFO, the leadership teams, and other key stakeholders at various levels in the organization

You will report to the Group Business Control Manager and the role is based in Stockholm.

Required experience and personality

  • A proven track record of working with Business Controlling, Business or Financial Analysis (3-5 years) in an international fast-paced business environment
  • Academic degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of literacy in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Fluent in English, Swedish is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
