Swedbank is doing a large scale transformation of the platforms supporting our Contact Centers across our home markets. Therefore we need a change driven Senior Product Owner. The position.

In this position you will play a key role in both the continued service delivery development and the ongoing transformation journey. With your ability to manage your surroundings and communicate complex matters in an easy way you will help the function collaborate with not only the team but also the new development partner. You will be the owner of the backlog and the prioritization to make sure that the team keeps on contributing towards the overall roadmap.

Apart from cooperating close to key business stakeholders and CPO you will also be the owner of the related contact center services and play a significant role in moving away from legacy environments and applications. You will be collaborating in a team with deeply knowledgeable colleagues, fully motivated to find customer-oriented solutions in order to strengthen Swedbank’s position in the home markets.

The team itself consists of both back- and frontend developers, scrum master, business analyst, test lead and architects. It’s a fully dedicated and multicultural team of 25 working out of the head office in Sundbyberg.

Responsibilities.

  • Play a key role in the service delivery towards the contact centers across the group, guaranteeing uptime 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • Drive the communication platform technology transformation across Swedbank group and build capabilities for the omni-channel experience towards customers. 
  • Manage prioritizations for activities for the Service Delivery, based on continuous stakeholder involvement.
  • You own the roadmap and backlog for your team.
  • Navigate through internal dependencies and build deep stakeholder relationships across the different markets that Swedbank operates.
  • Coordinate assignments with other teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • Ownership of the risk & compliance perspective in regards to relevant service processes. 
  • Reporting to CPO and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive the agile process of development with a dedicated team of experts in the field of Contact Center technology.

Experience.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • +5 years working with product development in a relevant position.
  • Experience from managing and collaborating with third party service providers.
  • Experienced in agile way of working.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Having worked in Contact Centers or with its underlying technology stack is an advantage but not a must (Genesys, Avaya, etc).
