We solve the problem of language barriers by offering state of the art products that deliver safe and efficient communication between healthcare professionals and patients. Today, Care to Translate is used by over 350 000 users in over 200 countries. We have B2B customers within for example primary care units, hospitals, ambulance units, dentistry units and have a fast increasing customer portfolio in the Nordics and are currently expanding in western Europe.

About the position

As the Growth Marketing Manager at Care To Translate you will play a key role in driving qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels through strategy, day to day implementation of campaigns and managing third party relationships via Digital Agencies. With full ownership of managing SEO, and Social Media channels, you will analyze performance and look at ways to improve warm sales leads to our website. As we are currently building the marketing function, we are open to let you navigate and test new ways to optimize our marketing presence in relevant channels.

As the Growth Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will be:

  • To plan, implement and deliver activity across various digital marketing channels to generate quality leads to the website, sales team and our online sales portals
  • You will own and lead on our digital advertising activity at all stages of the funnel across multiple online channels including AdWords and Social Media
  • You will have a good understanding of the customer journey and deliver a seamless online experience for customers and strategic partners alike though multivariate testing
  • Analyze channel performance on a regular basis including reporting and spotting opportunities to improve on ROAS
  • To work with wider teams to ensure digital content and tone of voice is on brand ensuring it’s optimized for SEO purposes to generate relevant traffic

Key skills and preferred experience of the Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Energetic, focussed and target driven
  • Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels
  • Preferably previous experience from a similar SaaS company
  • Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience in a lead generation background is desirable but not essential
  • Analytical approach with a strong ability for analyzing data and visitor statistics
  • Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager is desirable
  • Native english speaker is considered a big plus
