Together with BAUX we are looking for an experienced, driven and structured Head of Sales with a distinct business and customer focus. You thrive best in fast growing and dynamic culture and want to be a part of a journey of change.
As the Head of Sales you have a key role in the company with a operational responsibility. You will work closely with the internal sales team, agents, architects and Baux clients around the world. You contribute with your knowledge in sales, strong relations skills, network and new customer processing. Success will require excellent leadership and sales skills, as well as having a high energy and a ‘just do it’ approach. You will ultimately be responsible for sales with a large budget responsibility where you are expected to quickly establish a strategy and be a driving factor in ensuring the company`s growth ambitions.
You will report directly to the CEO, the board and lead a team of 3 people based at BAUX head office in Stockholm. Travelling will be required to have a close contact with BAUX agents, architects and major clients.
