Customer Value Management Lead

Together with Telia we are looking for a Customer Value Management Lead who will manage their customer base of Small & Medium Enterprise customers! Telia are currently on a very exciting journey towards industry leading 1-to-1 marketing-automated, with a new Martech-stack in place enabling them to use new features, functions & data. Their mission is to bring personalized communication to their B2B customers WHERE, WHEN and HOW they expect it. The Role.

As a Business Lead for one of the Impact Team within B2B you will play an important role in Telias journey towards truly personalized and automated customer communication.

The team you will be leading is cross-functional and includes roles within analytics, Martech, content, conversion rate optimization and more. As a team you are together responsible for Sales and Engagement driving business for selected product areas in digital channels and supporting sales in assisted/offline channels.

Main responsibilities.

  • Leading an agile team and managing planning
  • Engaging, inspiring, and motivating the team to achieve business targets for product areas in scope and grow customer satisfaction
  • Taking E2E responsibility for all 1to1 activities related to products and services in scope for your team towards Telia customers
  • Continuously optimizing to improve sales and customer experience

In this role you will focus on finding ways to optimize the generated business value as well as finding ways to improve customer experience and appreciation. You will work closely with business stakeholders in order to set targets and prioritize 1:1 activities providing most value/highest impact.


  • We think you have +5 years of experience working with- or closely to CRM/CVM, 1-2-1 marketing, Business Management and/or with channel strategy when it comes to Digital Marketing.
  • You have experience in managing projects, preferably also in an agile setting and you are not afraid to challenge both team and stakeholders.


  • You are analytical, comfortable with numbers and always take the data driven approach to tackle a challenge and you have a continuous optimization mindset
  • You are also a great communicator, with the ability to conceptualize and make complex information easy to understand, to both your peers and top management
  • You have great communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • We want you to be passionate about customer experience but also have a business oriented approach to impact sales numbers, and see the relation between CX and sales
