Now, we are looking for a Growth Hacker to help us increase lead generation, shorten lead times, and increase sales. We expect you to bring your experience and creativity to IVISYS and become a key contributor to the Marketing Department; and with high impact influencing the company’s growth and continued journey.

The role

The Growth Hacker will be based in Stockholm, working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as the Marketing Team, Sales Team in Sweden and USA as well as external Agencies. The Growth Hacker will manage SEO, analyze performance, and identify the best ways to drive leads through a palette of digital platforms, Social Media channels and other relevant touch points. You will identify the best ways to increase MQL’s, CTA that finally funnels down to SQL’s.

The successful candidate has a strong drive to achieve global impact based on IVISYS philosophy and comes with a strong track record with great experience working with lead generation and digital marketing preferably from B2B. As the Growth Hacker you will play a key role in driving qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels through strategy & sales tactics finding the optimal way of building IVISYS marketing presence and increase sales.

You have a background in lead generation, digital marketing along with wide experience from digital platforms, CRM & PIM systems. Furthermore, you are curious, analytical and comes with an inspiring passion and drive. Furthermore, you must have excellent English skills.

As the Growth Hacker your key responsibilities will be:

  • To plan, implement and deliver activity across various digital marketing channels to generate quality leads to the website and our sales team
  • To understand the customer journey and deliver a seamless online experience for customers and strategic partners alike though multivariate testing and creative ideas
  • Analyze channel performance on a regular basis including reporting and spotting opportunities to improve on ROAS
  • To work with the marketing and sales teams to ensure digital content and tone of voice is on brand ensuring it’s optimized to drive relevant traffic to the website and generate hot leads
  • Set relevant KPI’s that increase lead generation, shorten lead times, and increase sales

Key skills and preferred experience of the Growth Hacker

  • Energetic, target driven and passionate about generate and increase leads
  • Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels
  • Analytical approach with a strong ability for analyzing data, statistics, and revenue streams
  • Great knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Data Studio, Semrush et al.
  • Preferably experience from a SaaS company
  • Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
