Sales Director Norway

Next offers cloud-based business systems and project tools for small and medium-sized construction companies. Responsibilities and tasks

Next´s market is growing rapidly, and many customers are becoming interested in how they can streamline their operations through digitalization. This means that Next has many years of expansion ahead in the Norwegian market.

Your mission:

  • Maintain and develop the strong market position that Next has created which includes structuring, implementing, and following up the new products that are included in the portfolio.
  • Coach, support and follow up the sales team in their daily work.
  • Recruit and onboard new employees.
  • Closely collaborate with other department heads for Product and Customer Operations

Requirements for previous experience

  • Academic degree, relevant to the role
  • +5 years of leadership experience in building and leading well-functioning teams
  • Experience of complex sales, for example larger IT systems within b2b
  • Sales experience from companies during strong growth
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Experience of sales to construction and contracting companies
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written


  • Strong leadership qualities with high energy and a proven successful leadership
  • A good ethical compass and a great measure of integrity where you skilfully balance between requirements and support.
  • The ability to create structure and opportunities for the sales team to sell the entire product portfolio.
  • The ability to switch/prioritize between working operationally and strategically in an entrepreneur-driven team with a high level of business competence and a strong pride of the product portfolio.
