By integrating these two areas more with each other, many important synergy effects can therefore be achieved throughout Clear Channel Scandinavia and our supplier base.

Furthermore, in the quality profession, there is also a large number of methods and tools that could make a strong contribution to securing an even more environmentally friendly supply chain.

Overall Purpose of the Role

As our net zero carbon dioxide specialist you are responsible for carbon reduction strategies throughout Clear Channel Scandinavia and our supplier base. You will be accountable for the development and overall management of proposals on carbon reduction strategies, climate mitigation solutions, and for the implementation of projects. You’ll ensure quality, consistency, and coherence, and provide support to ensure efficient processes and timely delivery.

As our Quality Developer you are responsible for implementing and administrating ISO 9001 as Clear Channel’s common Quality Management (QMS) throughout our Scandinavia organization and related supply base in order to achieve and retain ISO certification.

As our Sustainability Developer you are responsible for implementing and administrating ISO 14001 as Clear Channel’s common Environmental Management System (EMS) throughout our Scandinavia organization and related supply base in order to achieve and retain ISO certification.

In addition, the role will lead the development of new solutions that can help our supplier base to address their process quality and sustainability challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the full scope of sustainability
  • Work with Sustainability management to define annual goals, interim quarterly targets and key performance indicators
  • Provide guidance in the development of proposals on carbon reduction strategies and implementation as well as lead their review
  • Secure a real net zero carbon dioxide impact on the environment from Clear Channel Scandinavia’s operations by latest year 2030.
  • Lead the implementation of ISO9001 and ISO14001 throughout all of Clear Channel Scandinavia.
  • Administrate ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation.
  • Secure capable and robust supplier process through active collaboration with the suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on quality and sustainability performance

Qualifications and Experience Levels

  • Relevant practical experience from implementing and maintaining quality and environmental sustainability management systems in multinational companies and supply chains.
  • Practical supplier management experience on operational and tactical level.
  • Education in quality and sustainability-related field.
  • Excellent project management skills, from both a technical and administrative standpoint, and proven ability to guide project teams in a multi-stakeholder and multi-geographies context
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • General business and financial acumen plus evidence of supplier management.
  • Effective communications skills (written, verbal and presentation) in Swedish and English.
  • Effective team player who excels at performing in a collaborative environment.
