Fortum Consumer Solutions is looking for Business Developer with focus on sales development for the entity Göta Energi in Sweden. A position with great development opportunities – possibility to shape a new key role in one of the largest consumer businesses in the Nordics. You get the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams in an agile, creative and high paced environment, on both local and Nordic level.

We are looking for you who will take responsibility and be a driving key player in our sales force in the Swedish market. You will get the opportunity to influence and optimize sales platforms and channels. Together with skilled colleagues, you will further develop today’s sales channels – and identify new methods that provide attractiveness to our customers.

The position is based in Gothenburg, with possibility to remote work.

What you will do:

  • Plan and forecast Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Cost Per Order (CPO) levels in established channels.
  • Responsible for customer inflow and profitability of customer trough new channels and way of selling.
  • Piloting and scaling new channels/way to sell and ensure that we use the agile way of working to minimize waste.
  • Developing and executing sales strategy to increase sales volumes in customer preferred channels.
  • Contribute to the development of the digital go-to-market sales strategy in close collaboration with Sales manager and e-commerce.

Experience and background:

  • A bachelor and higher degree in engineering, science, operations, or business.
  • 1-3 years, relevant experience e.g., business development, project management, management consulting, business management.
  • Hands-on track record of implementing successful continuous improvement programs based on lean, principles, processes, and tools preferably in metrics organization.
  • Well acquainted in improvement methodology to drive continuous improvement in the quality, speed, and timeliness of our work.
