The roster represents a list of international DJs, producers and artists across all genres. We specialize in strategic touring, creation of original concepts, and groundbreaking show production, with an emphasis on hard-ticket tours, including Stadium level productions and brand integration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Manage executive’s calendars and set up meetings and phone calls.
  • Make travel and accommodations arrangements.
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
  • Organize and maintain the office in general.
  • Assist with artist payments: deposits, wires, settlements, and pre-settlements tasks.
  • Research marketing strategies for future shows and artist bookings.
  • Manage show files and track internal and external data in excel.
  • Assist Booking Team in day-to-day activities, including daily reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
  • High School degree minimum.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Preferred:

  • Some legal and finance understanding.
  • PA diploma or certification.
  • Bilingual.
  • Interest and understanding of the music industry.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management.
