We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented B2B sales leader to Hult EF in Denmark. As Regional Sales Director you will play a key role in the rapid growth of Hult EF’s business in Denmark. You will grow our national sales- and operations team and work with senior executives at some of Denmark’s largest companies – helping your clients address their most significant global challenges around managing and developing talent.
This is both a sales hunter and team manager position. In this role you will lead the local sales- and operations team and ensure they hit annual revenue targets. You will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for the Danish market and to build the client base, focusing on some of Denmark’s biggest companies. Your focus and success in the role will be determined by your ability to run a high-performing team and to grow the business.
This job will require persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity, and has huge potential for the right person. The role reports to General Manager Scandinavia and is based in our office in central Copenhagen.
