Regional Sales Director Denmark

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented B2B sales leader to Hult EF in Denmark. As Regional Sales Director you will play a key role in the rapid growth of Hult EF’s business in Denmark. You will grow our national sales- and operations team and work with senior executives at some of Denmark’s largest companies – helping your clients address their most significant global challenges around managing and developing talent.

The role

This is both a sales hunter and team manager position. In this role you will lead the local sales- and operations team and ensure they hit annual revenue targets. You will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for the Danish market and to build the client base, focusing on some of Denmark’s biggest companies. Your focus and success in the role will be determined by your ability to run a high-performing team and to grow the business.

This job will require persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity, and has huge potential for the right person. The role reports to General Manager Scandinavia and is based in our office in central Copenhagen.

Key Objectives

  • Define the strategy for the Danish market and grow a high-performing team to the fulfilment of ambitious KPIs around business development
  • Build our client base in Denmark and quickly become recognised as a trusted advisor who can help them reach their business goals through strategic investments in corporate education programmes
  • Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes independently, using a consultative approach and executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions, and negotiations with C-level stakeholders
  • Lead, grow and inspire the local sales and operations team to ensure they hit revenue targets and develop in their professional role

Skills and Experience

  • University graduate, preferably with a Business degree or equivalent area
  • 7+ years of successful B2B solution selling
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience
  • Meritorious with experience working with education products and/or HR stakeholders, especially at an IT or consultancy company
  • Personal network at Senior Management level within enterprise companies or strong acumen of establishing relationships
  • Fluency in Danish and English
