We are currently looking for a Head of Financial Shared Services to join our team in Stockholm. In this role you will lead a team of twelve persons working with Accounting, Reporting and Accounts Payable and Receivable operations in Sweden. You will be responsible for month end closings and reporting to the Group and ensure the compliance with internal and external reporting requirements (e.g. local GAAP, IFRS, tax). The company strives to work according to Lean. This means that contributing with suggestions of improvements for the business is part of the position as well. You will also lead process and document development within the OFSS. 

This role is located at Oriola’s office at Kungsholmen in Stockholm and reports to Director Group Financial Controlling in Espoo, Finland.

What you’ll be doing;

  • Provide leadership, clear direction and line management to the team
  • Lead system development In Sweden as Finance process owner 
  • Lead process and document development in Financial Shared Services function In Sweden
  • Timely and accurate reporting to the Group 
  • Organize and prioritize workloads to meet the demands of the roles
  • Responsible for audit process
  • Participate in working with Lean improvements
  • Participate in the departments’ other occurring tasks

Qualifications

  • Master or Bachelor degree within accounting or finance or equivalent area
  • Minimum three years of experience from a similar role including leadership
  • Good IT knowledge (many IT systems are utilized)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both in writing and in speech
