About This Opportunity

Welcome to Nordea’s Digital Sales & Engagement team in Personal Banking. We add value by becoming the trusted partner to all of our personal banking customers by creating the best-in-class omnichannel customer experiences.

This is an opportunity for you to work directly with business stakeholders across Nordea. You will work in Digital Sales & Engagement in close cooperation with digital marketing experts and data analysts, and report to the Head of Digital Customer Engagement in Sweden. You will also be a part of a larger community in Nordea’s Centre of Excellence for MarTech and Customer Engagement, were you will help secure a strong link to peers across the Nordics for development of strategies and best practices. You will meet a wide range of profiles, from marketeers, business developers and content creators to data scientists, engineers, IT developers, statisticians and economists. We aim to attract and retain talented high performers by being frontrunners in our area of expertise. The role is based in Sweden.

Your Future Responsibilities

As a Marketing Automation specialist you will be instrumental in planning, designing and executing our service, sales and marketing activities towards our customers. You will also be incorporating insights, propensity models and other advanced analytics solutions as the foundation for all these activities.

As part the Swedish team of Digital Sales & Engagement experts from Personal Banking, you will work in an agile environment to boost digital sales and engagement, and reach our business targets. You will create excellent customer journeys, as well as being part of an exciting digital transformation of the banking business. Your role has direct influence on the future success of Nordea.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicating to hundreds of thousands of customers in Sweden on a ongoing basis, impacting their daily life
  • Design, plan, build the flows and execute service, care and sales activities towards our customers in our Marketing Automation platform.
  • Work with business stakeholders from campaign brief to execution, together with colleagues from different capabilities organized in cross-functional SAFe Agile teams, acting as partner to achieve value-driven prioritization among use cases.
  • Define different touchpoints in the customer and product journey, orchestrating the different messages across all the channels.
  • Define and create in our platform the target groups in the campaign flows.
  • Create and implement different segmentations, A/B tests and experimentation strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Measure, manage and analyze the campaign performance in order to gather insights and learnings for maximizing its effectiveness and optimizing the return of investment.
  • Support issue resolution in campaigns, channels or integrations, providing requirements for development across all Digital Sales platforms.
  • Coordinate and share learnings and best practices with your colleagues across the Nordics.

You always focus on execution and how your work can be transferred into real value for our customers by getting things done in a pragmatic way.

  • You have proven experience with omni-channel campaign development using database marketing solutions such us Adobe Campaign/Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360/Marketing Automation, Oracle Eloqua or similar.
  • You have experience in analysis and reporting with direct SQL or using BI tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, QlikSense – or to produce and present insights to different audiences on commercial activities.
  • You keep yourself updated on the evolution of MarTech, customer sentiment and the competitive landscape to continuously stay relevant
  • Preferably, you have experience with working in Agile teams or SAFe.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish & English (professional level)
  • The role is based in Stockholm
  • You probably hold a degree in Marketing Automation, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or similar, but can potentially also have a background in applying analytics for sales and marketing activities.
