Online Marketing & Sales Manager
ASSIGNMENT
• Start up and lead the Nordic E-commerce channel via a few strategic channel exclusive launches – key metrics: i) business area P/L, ii) market shares
• Act as internal ambassador with strive to build online marketing knowledge and expertise.
• Internal education towards the marketing- and sales organization.
• Act as center of digital excellence.
• Agency management: design, media, digital etc.
• Build e-commerce and set online- and marketing strategies.
• Drive extensive traffic and secure sales.
• Reporting to Nordic Marketing Director.
• Situated at the Nordic headquarters in northern Stockholm.
PROFILE
Experience
• University degree, most likely in Business or Communication
• E-commerce and Digital Marketing experience 5 years
• Strong track record from digitizing an organization
Competence
• Strong strategic capability coupled with commercial orientation
• Strong ability to shift between strategic and executional areas of work
• Strong ability to lead and manage cross functional collaborations
• Strong experience and interest in consumer behavior online
