As Customer Service at Primus-Silva, you will be part of a team of eight people who handle email, chat, and incoming phone calls from customers and consumers. Your tasks will include order placement, order information, fault tracing, returns management, delivery monitoring, and answering product questions.
The role is broad, it involves supporting sellers and other colleagues when necessary to ensure the customer’s case is resolved in the best possible way. You will be a central connection point internally and have close contact with your colleagues.
